Welcome to the 2022 Vicksburg Flag and Heads-up (Tackle) Football Family.
Conditioning Dates
Flag
August 15th - August 17th
5:30p Dailyregistration. *pickup your Sponsor T-Shirt (1 per player)
6p-7:30p On field ready to go by 6
*Players will be instructed at registration what line to be in- written on hand.
Players will warmup, breakdown into Skill Stations, then a Bulldog Breakdown at the end.
Wear shorts, shirt and cleats or gym shoes
Bring Water Bottle- each player needs to bring water
Practice on Wednesday- Warmups ONLY. Then Flag teams will be announced and you'll meet your coach
In case some days are rained out- Thursday the 18th could be an option.
Heads-up (Tackle)

Add Helmets Wednesday-Friday
Bring Water Bottle- each player needs to bring water
Practice on Friday- Warmups ONLY. Then teams will be announced and you'llmeet your coach
*** Very Important- ALL Tackle Players must have a minimum of 4 days conditioning before they can fully participate in practice. Which means have your player at conditioning or they'll be running the first couple of days of team practices.
Location: Sunset Lake Elementary Scholl (North Field- inside the walking track)
If you are needing equipment, we're making a Free Table. We're asking for people to donate last seasons used pants, shoulder pads, cleats and helmets (free or with a small fee).
We know helmets are expensive... there's a couple options. Buy new, buy used or rent from VRF (limited numbers and sizes). Contact Jamie Hall at [email protected] for helmet rentals.
