Vicksburg Rocket Football is open to all youth between the ages of 5-12. We have two divisions: Heads Up (tackle) and Flag. Heads Up teams are 3rd/4th grade and 5th/6th grade. Flag teams are 5/6 years old, 7/8 years old, and 9/10/11 years old.

HEADS UP DIVISION: (residency restriction: must live in the Vicksburg school district or attend a Vicksburg public school)
A player’s grade for the current school year shall determine their grouping for the season in the 3rd & 4th grade group. However, a 2nd grader who turns 8 prior to September 1st will be eligible to play in the 3rd & 4th grade group. If a player is 10 years old as of September 1st and in the 4th grade they may play in the 5th & 6th grade group or choose to remain in the 3rd & 4th grade group.
